Surah Al-Hashr

Here are some verses from Surah Al-Hashr:

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth glorifies Allah, and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

He is the One who drove the disbelievers of the People of the Book out of their homes at the first battle. You, O Muslims, did not think that they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from the punishment of Allah. But Allah brought them out from where they did not expect, and cast terror into their hearts, so that they began to destroy their homes with their own hands and with the hands of the believers.

So, O you who have eyes of insight, learn a lesson.

And if Allah had not decreed for them exile, He would have punished them in this world, and in the Hereafter, the punishment of the Fire is prepared for them.

This is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger, and whoever opposes Allah, then Allah will punish him severely.

Believers, whatever palm trees you cut down or left standing on their roots, it was by Allah's command, and He intended to humiliate the disobedient.

And O Muslims, you have no right to the wealth that Allah has given to His Messenger without fighting. For you do not race horses or camels for it. But Allah gives victory to His Messengers over whom He wills. And Allah has power over all things.

The example of the hypocrites is like that of Satan, who says to man, "Disbelieve," but when he disbelieves, he says, "I have nothing to do with you." I fear Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. The end of both of them is that they will both enter Hell, to abide therein forever. And that is the recompense of the unjust.

O you who believe, fear Allah, and let every soul look at what it has sent forth for tomorrow, that is, the Hereafter. And We say again, fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Aware of all that you do.

And be not like those who forgot Allah, but Allah did not make them forget themselves. It is they who are the disobedient.

The people of Hell and the people of Paradise are not equal. Only the people of Paradise will be successful. And if We had sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would have seen it crumble and split apart for fear of Allah. And We set forth these examples for the people so that they may reflect. He is Allah, there is no god but He, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

He is Allah, besides whom there is none worthy of worship, the true King, the Giver of peace, the Giver of security, the Guardian, the Almighty, the Mighty, the Great. Allah is free from the polytheists. He is Allah, the Creator, the Originator, the Fashioner. To Him belong the most beautiful names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
