you also take in foods that are harmful to your health. Therefore, strive to
eat for energy.

excess calories in your body.
(3) Avoid sugary drinks. Drink fresh fruit juice and prepare it at
home. Consume plenty of water.

Use more vegetables instead of meat. You might have noticed that
whenever doctors advise abstinence, they mention everything except vegetables.
No disease forbids any vegetable. Moreover, for weight loss, leaving meat and
opting for vegetables is the best solution. You don't have to become a
vegetarian, but give importance to vegetables over meat.
